5. Your Account
5.1. Single Account

5.4. Disclaimer

5.5. Dormant / Inactive accounts

5.10. Change
Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax) reserves the right to suspend, modify, remove, or add content to the website and services at its sole discretion, with immediate entry into force and without prior notification. 13.3. Information to be included in any written communication with Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax)
The following information must be included in all written communication with Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax) (including in the event of a complaint):

The resolution of the complaint is at an impasse.
15. Indemnification and disclaimer
15.1. Compensation
You currently agree to indemnify and hold us free, as well as our directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, our parent company and related companies, and all of our subsidiaries for all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or otherwise) arising out of any participation by you, including, but not limited to:

Without prejudice to Article 17.1, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or suspend your account (notwithstanding any other provision contained in these general conditions) if we have reason to believe that you have taken part or are likely to take part in any of the following activities:
- If you have several active accounts with Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax).
- If you have filed for bankruptcy.
- If you provide inaccurate or false information when opening a Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax) account.
- If you attempt to use your customer account through a VPN, proxy, or other similar service that obscures or manipulates the identification of your real location, by otherwise providing false or misleading information about your nationality, location or place of residence, or placing bets or wagers using the Website through a third party or on behalf of a third party.
- If you are not over 18 years of age.
- If you are in territories outside Sierra Leone.
- If you have authorized or permitted (intentionally or not) someone else to participate using your Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax) account.
- If you have played in tandem with one or more other clients as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or stakes in a coordinated manner with other clients making the same selections (or similar selections).
- If Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax) has received a “chargeback” or “return” notification from a deposit mechanism used on your account.
- If it turns out that you have taken part in collusion, fraud, money laundering or any form of fraudulent activity; or if Games World (SL) Limited (Bettomax) establishes that you have employed or used a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as bots) designed specifically to defeat the gaming system.
