1. The promotion shall run from 00:00:01 3rd March 2025 until 00:00:00 25th May 2025.
2. The draws are only valid for customers who place bets with BetToMax online at www.bettomax.sl
3. Only losing tickets will be eligible to take part in the draw.
4. Only tickets settled during the promotional period in clause 1 shall be eligible for any draw. The final draw will take place on 26th May 2025 with eligible tickets.
5. Only tickets with pre-match and live (in-play) sports bets placed on Sportsbook are eligible, all virtual games, casino games, and any other product will not qualify.
6. Only qualifying bets which have been placed after 00:00:01 on 3rd March 2025 and settled as a losing bet before 23:59:59 on 9th March will qualify for the draw on Monday 10th March 2025 then for each subsequent draw each Monday, the qualifying period being Monday to Sunday for all Online draws. Open bets, suspended bets, or suspended results, irrespective of the outcome, not settled before the closing date will not qualify for the draw.
7. Losing tickets for the Online Draw will be eligible for the first draw taking place after the purchase of a qualifying ticket and will not be valid for any subsequent draw held on the dates published below.
8. Only tickets with a minimum stake of 10sle shall be eligible for either draw.
9. Tickets bought online will be eligible under these rules from Monday 3rd March and the first draw under these rules shall take place on Monday 10th March and every Monday until Monday 26th May.
10. Tickets bought after 00:00:01 on the 3rd of March and before 23:59:59 on the 25th of May shall qualify subject to previous terms and conditions. Tickets bought from 00:00:01 on the Monday following will be valid for the following Monday’s Online draw only.
11. All online draws will be drawn from the database of tickets placed and drawn electronically by a random number generator live each Monday at 7pm.
12. The Online Draws will each have a prize fund of SLE25,000. All prize money will be paid in Sierra Leone Leones through Mobile Money or a mutually agreed method.
13. Customers do not have to claim the prize, it will be automatically paid to them
14. All winnings are subject to mandated Withholding Tax.
15. All winning players will need to consent to reasonable publicity requests to include photographs for public display through social and print media and consent to their name being used for publicity purposes on behalf of BetToMax.
